Note explicit support for Python 3.5. Bump next release for semver.

Python 2.6 is still included in appveyor.yml. |

I also noticed that docs/hacking.rst mentions 2.6 and uses that for its tox examples. I don't know how much that matters, though, so basically LGTM. |
